Dear Vendor:

The Kenai Peninsula Chapter of APOA is hosting the 2009 Alaska Peace Officers Association (APOA) Crime Conference at the Soldotna Sports Center during the week of June 1-4, 2009. We invite you to participate in this conference to “show your stuff” to the law enforcement, correctional, military, and dispatch/communications communities in Alaska as well as those attending from the Lower 48. We anticipate 200 attendees to our conference.

Many vendors have met and kept long term clients worth thousands of dollars at this event. The DHS grant programs have brought millions of dollars in funding to Alaska through the State Homeland Security Program and the Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Program.

Please consider a booth for the 2009 APOA Crime Conference as well as participate in the extra activities we are planning. Information about the vendor booths:

Booth Fee: $300 includes lunches, evening social events, recognition in the program, and a fishing trip on Thursday (2 people limit per company).

Booth Size: 8’ x 10’ includes 6’ table & 2 chairs

Set up day: Monday, June 1, 2009 – 7:30a to 6p

Days for Vendors’ displays: Tuesday (7:30a) to Wednesday (2p)

Teardown day: Wednesday, June 3, 2009, 2p to 6pm
